Cooley advised Vendr on its $60 million Series A financing round. Partner Harley Brown led the Cooley team advising Vendr, a developer of a SaaS buying platform that enables the world’s fastest-growing companies to purchase SaaS, without friction and at a fair price.

Cooley advised Evisort on its $35 million Series B financing round. Partner Harley Brown led the Cooley team advising Evisort, a developer of contract management platform designed to change the way companies interact with their legal documents.

Cooley advised underwriters on Imara’s $75.2 million initial public offering of 4,700,000 shares of common stock. Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Global Markets and SVB Leerink acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Imara’s securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “IMRA”. Partners Rich Segal, Div Gupta, Marc Recht and Ali Haggerty led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Archer, a leader in the urban air mobility space, on its agreement to combine with special purpose acquisition company Atlas Crest Investment. Estimated to have an implied $3.8 billion pro forma equity value, the combined company will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ACHR.” Partners Dave Peinsipp, John McKenna and Al Browne led the Cooley team advising Archer on the transaction, which is expected to close in Q2.
