Leslie’s practice focuses on employment counseling and advice, including recruiting, hiring and terminating employees, restrictive covenants, personnel policies and procedures, DEI efforts, harassment prevention training and counseling, proprietary information and trade secret protection, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal and state employment law rules and regulations. Her work also includes representing clients in administrative agency proceedings and assisting through the pre-litigation process, including litigation analysis, preparation, risk mitigation and pre-dispute settlement efforts.
