Cooley advised 2C2P, a global payments platform, on its strategic partnership with Ant Group, an innovative technology provider that strives to bring the world inclusive, green and sustainable services. Lawyers Matthew Bartus and Gwenlynne Lee led the Cooley team advising 2C2P.

Advising Primary Capital on its significant investment in Sigma Sports, the UK’s leading premium omni-channel retailer of cycling equipment. 

Cooley advised Brandwatch, a global leader in digital consumer intelligence and social media listening, on its agreement to sell to public relations, marketing and social media management technology company Cision for $450 million. Partner Michal Berkner lead the Cooley team advising Brandwatch on the acquisition.

Cooley advised Humio, a provider of high-performance cloud log management and observability technology, on its agreement to sell to cloud data cybersecurity platform CrowdStrike for approximately $400 million.
