Nord Security Raises Further $100 Million in Financing, Reaches $3 Billion Valuation
London – September 28, 2023 – Cooley advised Nord Security, a leader in providing digital security and privacy solutions for individuals and businesses, on its $100 million financing, bringing its valuation to $3 billion. Partners Ben Shribman and David Bresnick led the Cooley team advising Nord.
The financing was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investors. Proceeds from the financing will be used to further expand Nord’s product lineup and fuel growth through mergers & acquisitions.
Cooley previously advised Nord Security on its $100 million financing in April 2022, which brought the company to a $1.6 billion valuation.
