Natalie Karam advises clients on general corporate and securities matters. She represents issuers, underwriters and private equity firms on a broad range of securities transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, as well as exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Natalie also counsels public companies with respect to general corporate and securities law matters, including SEC compliance and corporate governance.
