Lukas is an associate in Cooley’s Singapore office. He assists clients at all stages of their corporate life cycles, from company formation to late-stage venture financings and exit opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. During law school, Lukas served as the president of the Harvard Asia Law Society and as an editor for the Harvard International Law Journal.
Cooley advised Zepto, India’s fast-growing quick commerce company, on its $665 million Series F financing, more than doubling its valuation to $3.6 billion in less than a year.
Cooley advised Square Peg Capital, a global investment firm on a mission to empower exceptional founders, as the lead investor in Paper.id’s Series B financing.
