About Lukas

Lukas is an associate in Cooley’s Singapore office. He assists clients at all stages of their corporate life cycles, from company formation to late-stage venture financings and exit opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. During law school, Lukas served as the president of the Harvard Asia Law Society and as an editor for the Harvard International Law Journal.
