Gayatri assists clients at all stages of their corporate life cycles, from company formation to corporate governance matters, early- and late-stage venture financings, and exit opportunities, including M&A and capital market transactions. Her practice focuses on venture capital, growth equity transactions and other corporate matters.

Before joining Cooley, Gayatri was an associate in the Mumbai office of an Indian law firm where she represented pension funds and private equity funds in private equity investments and acquisitions.
