Cooley advised Vision Ridge, an alternative asset manager focused on sustainable real assets, on the closing of its third sustainable asset fund at $1.25 billion. Initially targeted at $1 billion of commitments, Sustainable Asset Fund III drew interest beyond the $1.25 billion hard cap.
