Shanghai – March 25, 2022 – Cooley advised NIO Capital, a leading Chinese investment firm focused on decarbonization and digitalization, on the approximately $400 million closing of its flagship fund, Eve ONE Fund II. Cooley advised Lightspeed China Partners on the closing of Lightspeed China Partners V and Lightspeed China Partners Select II at $460 million each, marking the largest fundraising rounds in Lightspeed China Partners’ history. Cooley partners Jordan Silber and Jingyi Xu led the Cooley team advising Lightspeed China Partners on the closings.

Cooley advised Source Code Capital, a leading Chinese venture capital firm, on the closing of its $1 billion fund, which received backing from both new and old investors. Partners Xun Zeng and Jingyi Xu led the Cooley team advising Source Code Capital.

Cooley advised GGV Capital on raising $2.52 billion across four funds, which will focus on tech startups and growth deals in the US and China. The closing represents the largest family of funds raised by GGV since its inception. Partner Jordan Silber led the Cooley team advising GGV.
