Cooley advised ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on the close of its oversubscribed $700 million continuation fund and general partner-led secondary transaction to purchase and sell its stake in the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) with two of the world’s leading secondary fund investors. The landmark transaction is the largest of its kind in India and ranks among the largest in the Asia-Pacific region.

Cooley advised Crosslink Capital, a premier early-stage venture capital firm with more than $4.2 billion in assets, on the close of its 10th flagship venture capital fund – Crosslink Ventures X, L.P. – aimed at backing early-stage investors.

Cooley represented Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm that backs bold entrepreneurs building the future through technology, on the closing of $7.2 billion for the following new funds: American Dynamism ($600 million), Applications ($1 billion), Games ($600 million), Infrastructure ($1.25 billion) and Growth ($3.75 billion).

Cooley advised private equity firm Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) on the closing of its sixth fund, Industrial Growth Partners Fund VI, with aggregate capital commitments of $1.2 billion. Lawyers Jordan Silber, Bobby Bao, Wyatt Christiansen and Hongru Sun led the Cooley team advising IGP. 

Cooley advised Qiming Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm in China, on the closing of its oversubscribed Qiming Venture Partners Fund VIII with $2.5 billion in committed capital.
