Cooley advised MindWorks Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered next-generation venture capital manager, on the closing of its fourth pan-Asia venture capital fund, MindWorks Ventures Fund IV.

Cooley advised PruVen Capital, an independent venture capital firm whose investors are exclusively global leaders in financial services and insurance, on the close of its oversubscribed $378.5 million second fund.

Cooley advised The House Fund, a pre-seed and early-stage venture capital firm focused on University of California, Berkeley, startups, on its $115 million Fund III.

Cooley advised private equity firm Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) on the closing of its sixth fund, Industrial Growth Partners Fund VI, with aggregate capital commitments of $1.2 billion. Lawyers Jordan Silber, Bobby Bao, Wyatt Christiansen and Hongru Sun led the Cooley team advising IGP. 

Cooley advised venture capital firm Upfront Ventures on its fundraise of more than $650 million to be deployed across three unique funds focused on various stages of the startup life cycle – the firm’s seventh early-stage fund, Upfront VII, which closed with $280 million in capital commitments; its third growth-stage fund, Upfront Growth III, with $200 million; and its Continuation Fund, with more than $175 million. Lawyers John Dado and Will Newsom led the Cooley team advising Upfront Ventures.
