About Vivienne

Vivienne is a litigator with a focus on complex business litigation, consumer class actions and securities matters. She handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, representing a wide range of clients in different industries in the pre-litigation stages and through trial. Vivienne also maintains an active pro bono practice, volunteering for the San Diego Domestic Violence Clinic and litigating complex impact litigation matters related to immigrant detention. Vivienne also is a member of Cooley’s Women’s Initiative Representative Committee, where she contributes to tackling women’s issues in the legal field.
