John Logan's practice spans Federal Communication Commission (FCC) regulation of both new and emerging technology and traditional broadcast and telecommunications. He has counseled service providers and equipment manufacturers in spectrum usage and represents them before the FCC in rulemaking proceedings, enforcement proceedings and applications for equipment authorizations and experimental authority for new technologies.
