Tenable to Acquire Apex Security
New York – May 29, 2025 – Cooley advised Tenable, an exposure management company, on its definitive agreement to acquire Apex Security, an innovator in securing the rapidly expanding artificial intelligence (AI) attack surface. Once completed, this acquisition will strengthen Tenable’s ability to help organizations identify and reduce cyber risk in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
