The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments. Specialty credits in the areas of competency, ethics and elimination of bias also will be offered.
This session provides a review of key recent trademark law developments from the US Patent and Trademark Office, courts, and Congress, including an overview of the recent and upcoming changes arising from the Trademark Modernization Act, as well as a discussion of current trends we're seeing in trademark practice. We'll also highlight practical tips along the way for helping to protect company trademarks and managing evolving trademark risks.
