The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments. Specialty credits in the areas of competency, ethics and elimination of bias also will be offered.

Session nine

This session will cover current hot button ethics issues that in-house lawyers confront on a regular basis. Topics include new rules and key opinions; competence; confidentiality and privilege; cybersecurity and client data; duties of supervisory lawyers; and disrespect, discrimination and harassment issues. This session will grant you one specialty credit in the area of ethics.

Credits

Credit in other jurisdictions may be available via reciprocity.
