What I do: I help life sciences companies protect their most important assets: their intellectual property. Not all patents are created equal. Designing and developing a successful patent portfolio requires a deep understanding of a company’s business as well as the competitive landscape. I partner with my clients through all stages of their growth, from creating and developing strategic patent portfolios that maximize value, to preparing them for funding, partnerships, acquisitions, or even litigation.

What my clients value: I am part of the team. I want to understand the business so I can proactively consider opportunities to protect key assets with intellectual property, I translate complicated legal risks into business risks, and mitigate those risks creatively.
