Larissa focuses on intellectual property litigation specific to patent infringement matters before federal courts, the International Trade Commission and the Patent and Trial Appeal Board. She has experience managing all phases of complex IP litigation cases, including discovery, Markman hearings and trial. She also has significant experience in trade secret disputes and international trade litigation – such as unfair competition and import injury cases.
