Brittany focuses on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation. She handles matters across a range of technologies, including small-molecule drugs, biologics, agricultural technology, medical devices and computer software. Her experience extends to all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit counseling to trial. She has represented clients in venues throughout the US, including California, Delaware and Texas, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
