Jennifer Volk-Fortier


Jennifer Volk-Fortier's practice focuses on the representation of high-technology clients in connection with patent prosecution in the electrical and mechanical fields. Her technical experience includes a wide range of electrical technologies including biomedical engineering, software development and robotics. She also has experience in post grant review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including inter partesreview (IPR) and covered business method (CBM) review proceedings. She is a contributing editor of Cooley's PTAB Digest, a leading resource which tracks and analyzes PTAB decisions.
