Cooley Wins Trial on Patent Interference for RSB Spine

A Cooley team secured a finding of no interference-in-fact for client RSB Spine following a bench trial before Judge Richard G. Andrews of the US District Court for the District of Delaware against DePuy Synthes. The trial related to DePuy Synthes’ November 2019 counterclaim for a declaration of interference between RSB’s US Pat. No. 9,713,537 and DePuy’s US Pat. No. 7,846,207.
