Dustin Knight focuses on patent litigation matters in federal district court and before the US Patent and Trademark Office. He represents a diverse set of clients within the technology, software, and medical device industries. His prior work spans home security system software, telecommunications software, social networking, automated driving devices and spinal therapy devices. Dustin also maintains a pro bono practice focused on immigrant asylum matters.
