Cole Merritt

Cole focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, primarily patent litigation. His practice involves a variety of technologies – including mechanical, medical, electrical, and computer devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.

At Vanderbilt University Law School, Cole was editor-in-chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Before attending Vanderbilt, Cole worked as an engineer, consulting utilities on their pipeline needs.
