Caroline focuses on commercial litigation and commercial and international arbitration. She handles a range of complex commercial disputes across various sectors, such as post-acquisition disputes, venture capital disputes, and bankruptcy litigation matters, including representing lenders and official committees in Chapter 11 cases and complex adversary proceedings, as well as disputes concerning joint ventures and long-term cooperation agreements. Caroline also has experience in complex domestic and international arbitration disputes, including commercial, investment-treaty and mass arbitrations, as well as challenging arbitral awards in US courts under the Federal Arbitration Act. She is also active in Cooley’s pro bono practice.
