Tempus AI Announces $410.7 Million IPO
Chicago – June 13, 2024 – Cooley advised Tempus AI, a technology company advancing precision medicine through the practical application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, on its $410.7 million initial public offering (IPO). Tempus offered 11,100,000 shares of its Class A common stock priced at $37 per share, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to 1,665,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Tempus’ common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 14, 2024, under the ticker symbol TEM. The offering is expected to close on June 17, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
