李鹏律师的执业领域侧重于各类私募投资基金的发行、投资和运营，重点关注风险投资和私募股权基金、企业风险基金、特殊机会基金以及数字资产和投资顾问业务。他经常就各类基金设立事务为客户提供法律咨询服务，跨越不同地域和行业，尤其是服务于环太平洋及周边地区（重点是大中华区、南亚和东南亚以及硅谷地区）的基金管理人和机构投资者。同时，李律师也经常就香港和美国的监管与合规事宜为私募基金管理人提供咨询服务。此外，他还擅长处理各种与基金有关的交易和重组，包括涉及基金投资管理公司股权转让的二级市场交易、共同投资、战略合资安排以及基金融资等。李律师作为私募基金律师于纽约开启职业生涯，曾先后在科律旧金山和上海办事处工作，长达二十年的执业经历使其具备全球视野。李律师常常在中国和东南亚的区域性行业会议上应邀发言。
