Katelyn Kimber is an associate in the fund formation practice group. A significant portion of her practice focuses on the structuring, formation, maintenance, governance and regulation of US domestic and international venture capital funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, funds of funds, real estate funds and other private investment vehicles. She also counsels private fund sponsors and strategic, anchor and other investors on legal and transactional matters that arise throughout the lifecycle of a private fund. This includes years of experience navigating secondary transactions for the sale of single interests through to large, diversified portfolios, across a wide range of vintages and investment strategies.
