Cooley Recruits Litigation Group in San Francisco

The dynamic, next-generation team includes seven partners with robust litigation capabilities at the center of the Bay Area tech ecosystem

San Francisco – June 13, 2025 Today Cooley announced the recruitment of Simona Agnolucci, Ben Hur, Joshua Anderson, Tiffany Lin, Jonathan Patchen, Michael Rome and Eduardo Santacana as partners in the firm’s global litigation department in San Francisco.

The group joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher and is known for high-stakes complex litigation, including bet-the-company commercial disputes, right of publicity and privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes and trade secret theft, criminal litigation, federal and state regulatory and enforcement matters, and trials and arbitrations for a range of global technology, financial services and life sciences companies.
