Cooley Represents Solera Networks in Acquisition by Blue Coat

Palo Alto, Calif. – May 30, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it represented Solera Networks in its acquisition by Blue Coat Systems, Inc. Blue Coat is the market leader in business assurance technology, and Solera is the industry's leading provider of big data security intelligence and analytics for advanced threat protection.

Cooley corporate partner Matthew Bartus led the Solera team, which received critical M&A support from partner Jamie Leigh and associates Yueting Liang, Ben Beerle, Robin Bennett and Eric Chow.
