Nick represents public companies, boards and executives in high-stakes securities, shareholder and M&A litigation. He defends securities class actions and derivative suits, litigates M&A disputes and shareholder demands, and advises on corporate governance and litigation risk. Nick is one of the few litigators nationwide to have taken a securities case to a federal jury trial and secured a complete defense verdict.
