About Nicholas
Nick represents public companies, boards and executives in high-stakes securities, shareholder and M&A litigation. He defends securities class actions and derivative suits, litigates M&A disputes and shareholder demands, and advises on corporate governance and litigation risk. Nick is one of the few litigators nationwide to have taken a securities case to a federal jury trial and secured a complete defense verdict. He has litigated several novel and precedent-setting securities and shareholder issues to victory in federal trial and appellate courts and in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court. He regularly represents innovative companies in the technology, life sciences, fintech and crypto industries.
Nick was named the New York Law Journal’s 2026 Rising Star in securities and shareholder litigation and recognized by The Legal 500 as an “emerging talent” in the field. He clerked for Judge Matthew W. Brann of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
