His experience includes managing all aspects of electronic discovery in litigation matters, including antitrust and securities regulation actions, patent, privacy, employment disputes, and class action matters. Matthew's counseling practice focuses on policy and program development related to information governance and records retention, as well as the legal and practical application of document retention and preservation practices, data collection, evidentiary review and production of the same. He has extensive experience in the fields of litigation readiness, data preservation and retention, information management, discovery motions, data review, and complex privilege issues.
