Matthew Krengel's practice focuses on electronic discovery law and management of electronically stored information in litigation. His experience includes managing all aspects of electronic discovery in litigation matters, including antitrust and securities regulation actions, patent, privacy, employment disputes, and class action matters. Matthew's counseling focuses on the legal and practical application of document retention and preservation practices, data collection, evidentiary review and production of the same. He has extensive consulting experience in data preservation and retention, information governance, document review management, and complex privilege issues.
