Kate represents individuals and companies in high-stakes government and internal investigations, as well as in complicated commercial disputes. She has defended clients on a range of issues during government investigations by entities such as the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She also advises clients in various litigation matters, including breach of contract and employment-related disputes. She has experience in managing discovery, motion practice, conducting witness interviews and trial work. Kate also maintains an active pro bono practice.
