
About Kate
Kate represents individuals and companies in high-stakes government and internal investigations, as well as in complicated commercial disputes. She has defended clients on a range of issues during government investigations by entities such as the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She also advises clients in various litigation matters, including breach of contract and employment-related disputes. She has experience in managing discovery, motion practice, conducting witness interviews and trial work. Kate also maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Kate worked at Harvard’s International Human Rights Clinic and Food Law and Policy Clinic to advance issues of social justice. She also worked as a research assistant at the Harvard Business School, and she served in multiple leadership roles, including as a board member of the Harvard Space Law Society.
Before her legal career, Kate was a research analyst at a research consulting company in Washington, DC.
