Attovia Announces Upsized $289 Million IPO
San Diego – August 4, 2026 – Cooley advised the underwriters of Attovia Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases with high unmet need, in connection with Attovia’s upsized $289 million initial public offering (IPO). Attovia issued 17,000,000 shares of its common stock priced at $17 per share, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase 2,550,000 additional shares. Attovia’s common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 5, 2026, under the ticker symbol ATTO.
Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital is acting as a passive book-running manager for the offering.
