ChrysCapital Acquires Controlling Stake in ProHance Analytics
Boston – December 8, 2023 – Cooley advised ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on its acquisition of a 75% stake in ProHance Analytics, a business-to-business software as a service (SaaS) platform offering workforce analytics and operations enablement. Partners Alfred Browne, Danielle Fortier and Rishab Kumar, along with associates Tessa Bell and Katlynn Bruce, led the Cooley team advising ChrysCapital.
The acquisition marks ChrysCapital’s entry into the growing Indian SaaS ecosystem and will accelerate ProHance’s expansion into important markets such as the Philippines, Australia and South America. Based in India, ChrysCapital manages $5 billion across nine funds focused on a wide range of sectors that leverage growth.
