Zillow Agrees to Acquire Follow Up Boss

Seattle – November 1, 2023 – Cooley advised Zillow Group, a company reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more people, on its definitive agreement to acquire Follow Up Boss, a customer relationship management system for real estate professionals, for $400 million in initial cash consideration and up to $100 million in a potential cash earnout. Lawyers Nick Davis, Alan Hambelton and Katie Rosati led the Cooley team advising Zillow.

Cooley previously advised Zillow Group on its acquisitions of Spruce in September 2023, Aryeo in August 2023 and VRX Media in December 2022.
