Cooley Wins IFLR’s 2022 Asia-Pacific M&A Deal of the Year Award

Singapore – March 29, 2022 – Cooley was recognized by the International Financial Law Review for the firm’s role in representing Japanese payments platform Paidy on its $2.7 billion sale to PayPal. The deal was named M&A Deal of the Year at IFLR’s 2022 Asia-Pacific Awards.

Additionally, the firm was included on IFLR’s M&A shortlist for representing several banks as part of Grab’s merger with Altimeter Capital’s special purpose acquisition company.
