Zoom Video Communications – $864 Million IPO

Palo Alto – June 11, 2019 – Cooley advised Zoom Video Communications on its $864 million initial public offering of 24,000,000 shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Partners Jon Avina, Calise Cheng and Bradley Libuit led the Cooley team advising Zoom.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities acted as book-running managers. JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, Stifel and William Blair were co-managers of the offering.
