MAG Aerospace Partners With New Mountain Capital

Reston – July 5, 2018 – Cooley advised MAG Aerospace on its agreement to partner with New Mountain Capital, a growth-oriented investment firm. Partner Andrew Lustig led the Cooley team advising MAG.
