Yext – $133 Million IPO

Washington, DC – April 25, 2017 – Cooley advised the underwriters on Yext’s $132.8 million initial public offering of 12,075,000 shares of common stock, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,575,000 additional shares.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets acted as bookrunners for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Piper Jaffray acted as co-managers for the offering.

Yext, which trades on the NYSE as “YEXT,” develops the Yext Knowledge Engine, which lets companies manage their digital knowledge in the cloud and sync it to more than 100 services.
