Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as joint lead bookrunners for the offering, while Barclays Capital, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets and Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, acted as bookrunners.
