NantHealth IPO – $97 Million

San Diego – June 13, 2016 – Cooley advised the underwriters on NantHealth's $96.6 million initial public offering. The company now trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "NH."

Jefferies and Cowen and Company acted as joint book-running managers for the offering and First Analysis Securities Corporation, Canaccord Genuity and FBR Capital Markets & Co acted as co-managers.
