Rovi Completes $345 Million Convertible Note Offering

San Francisco – March 26, 2015 – Cooley advised Rovi Corporation on a private offering pursuant to Rule 144 of $345 million principal amount of its 0.500% convertible senior notes due 2020 and related convertible note hedge and warrant transactions.

Rovi Corporation is focused on powering content discovery and personalization through its technology and intellectual property, using data and analytics to monetize interactions across multiple entertainment platforms.
