HTG Completes its Initial Public Offering

San Diego – May 20, 2015 – Cooley advised HTG Molecular Diagnostics, Inc. on its initial public offering. HTG is a commercial stage company that develops and markets a novel technology platform to facilitate the routine use of complex molecular profiling. The company trades on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "HTGM."

The Cooley corporate securities team advising HTG included partners Wainwright Fishburn and Steve Przesmicki and associates Wade Andrews, Asa Henin, Matt Robbins and Sunny Chang.
