Session 3 | US Legal Update, Part Two: Leaves and Accommodations, Whistleblower Protection, NLRA and RIFs/WARN

Part two of our US legal update will explore key US legal developments from the last year concerning employee leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations and whistleblower protections. We also will examine recent shifts in the National Labor Relations Board’s enforcement priorities and evolving interpretations of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Finally, we’ll discuss some best practices for managing reductions in force (RIFs), with a focus on the latest guidance regarding federal and state Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act compliance.
