The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is part of a wave of new legislation which is due to come into force on May 25 this year. This legislation will radically affect the use and flow of all data originating in the European Union. With (just over) 100 days to go, are you ready for the GDPR?

Cooley's European Privacy & Data Protection team are coming to the Bay Area to discuss what you need to know to be ready. We will cover the key areas of this legislation, including:
