Zoe represents clients in all areas of commercial litigation with a focus on technology and data privacy issues. She has defended clients in a variety of complex civil cases from pre-litigation through trial. Zoe dedicates a substantial amount of time to pro bono work and is currently focusing on defending the lawful provision of gender-affirming care.
