About Vivienne

Vivienne is a litigator with a focus on complex business litigation, consumer class actions and securities matters. She handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, representing a wide range of clients in different industries in the pre-litigation stages and through trial. Vivienne also maintains an active pro bono practice, volunteering for the San Diego Domestic Violence Clinic and litigating complex impact litigation matters related to immigrant detention. Vivienne also is a member of Cooley’s Women’s Initiative Representative Committee, where she contributes to tackling women’s issues in the legal field.

Vivienne earned her JD from the UC Davis School of Law, where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. She received Reynoso Academic Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grade in her Business Associations and White Collar Crime courses. While at UC Davis, Vivienne was president of the Trial Practice Honors Board, a fierce competitor in trial and appellate advocacy competitions, an editor for the UC Davis Law Review and co-chair of the Environmental Law Society.

Additionally, Vivienne was an Academic Success Program tutor for Contracts and Constitutional Law I. While balancing her schoolwork, she completed externships with Earthjustice, Our Children’s Trust and the US Department of Justice. Before law school, Vivienne worked for the American Civil Liberties Union, the office of then-Sen. Kamala Harris, the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Vivienne also is a native Russian speaker.
